Always fast and hot food unfortunately that means the food has been cooked to quickly and on too high, it doesn’t bother me I love their burgers, but my son has requested I don’t order from here anymore which I’m a bit gutted about cos it’s reasonably priced I suppose you get what you pay for me personally I would recommend ordering from here, but just be prepared for the fact they’re not overpriced and might not be what you’re expecting eg their parmos and pizzas are not the thickest
